There is no equipment required to start using one of our memorable vanity phone numbers and you DO NOT need to change long-distance carriers. Licensees simply designate a local number (office, cell phone) where they want their 1-800 calls to terminate. All calls placed to the 800 vanity number licensed from within the exclusive market are automatically routed to the local termination number.

This automated call routing is made possible because when someone calls a toll free number they cannot block or hide caller ID. This allows our database to recognize exactly where the call is coming from based on the area code and pre-fix of the caller, and then route the call DIRECTLY to the proper licensee. The caller has no idea that a switch has taken place and you answer the calls exactly how you like-there is no middleman or call center.
